Centering Place is a team effort. Without these individuals and
their roles beyond being my friends I would not have the ability to
offer what I can here in SL. I cannot thank these people enough for
what they do and for what they sacrifice for this cause.

Group Facilitators

Butterfly Foggarty - Is now our Chronic Pain Facilitator
Industria Dowler - Industria has been a
group facilitator of the Depression Support Group for the past 3
years. She started out at SFH sim and has now moved over to CP. She
brings with her RL knowledge and experience as well as 2 years of
facilitating groups in SL.

Centering Place would not be in existence without the financial
support received this past year. The sim itself was very generously
and kindly purchased for the CP cause by Boodie Ballyhoo. A very
HUGE thank you to Boodie for this precious gift that is a canvas
of creativity, and a venue of support to so many in SL.
A gift of a sim is only the beginning. Through those who rent land
here is of huge help in sustaining the tier. A very special thank
you to Bez Bueller who not only volunteers his time here but he has
committed to being an investor for Centering Place. Bez has
since moved on but we still owe many thanks for his help in the
first year.
Volunteer Support Staff

Amaya Summers
- Is available for one on one peer support on a non professional
basis to lend an ear to those who need someone to listen to them.
She brings with her Stephen Ministry Training, 7 yrs experience
working at a Women's Shelter and various work shop training in a
number of areas. Areas of most common encounter are Suicide and
acute depression, Abuse in various forms, Rape and sexual abuse,
death and dying.
Butterfly Foggarty - is CP's own trained
volunteer staff peer supporter. She is working towards her
Psychology degree. She works for a lawyer who
does family law as part of her practice in RL. She is now our
new Chronic Pain Group Facilitator.
Industria Dowler - Heads our Depression
Support Group while continuing her education in RL. She also
provides one on one peer support to patrons.
